What your contacts see when they receive outreach
What your contacts receive
When you send outreach, each contact gets an email with:
- The event title, date, venue, and any details you included.
- A countdown showing how long they have to respond.
- An Accept button and a Decline button.
No login is required. They just click the link in the email.
Accepting or declining
If they click Accept, they see a confirmation page with event details and an "Add to Calendar" button to download an .ics file.
If they click Decline, they're asked for a reason (already booked, pay rate, schedule conflict, etc.) which helps you understand patterns.
Availability calendar
Some outreach emails include a link for contacts to update their availability. This is a simple calendar where they can mark dates as available or unavailable. No login required.
When you send outreach, FillCue can skip contacts who've marked themselves unavailable on those dates.
Opting out
Contacts can opt out of future messages by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message.
- Using the opt-out form.
- Emailing contact@fillcue.com.
