Common questions and how to resolve issues

"All requests used" error

This means you've used all your outreach requests for the period. Options:

  • Starter/Individual: Purchase an overage request ($7.99 each) on the Billing page.
  • Free: Upgrade to a paid plan for more requests.

You can still send test outreach (simulated) even when out of requests.

"Contact limit reached" error

Your plan limits how many contacts you can have. Upgrade to a higher plan for more contacts:

  • Free: 10 contacts
  • Starter: 25 contacts
  • Individual/Coordinator: Unlimited

Emergency mode is disabled

Emergency mode is only available on the Coordinator plan. If you see "Available on the Coordinator plan" below the checkbox, you need to upgrade to use this feature.

My contact didn't receive the email

Check the outreach detail page — look at the outreach timeline for the contact's status. If it shows "Pending," the email was sent. Common reasons contacts might not see it:

  • It went to their spam/junk folder.
  • They have a strict email filter.
  • The email address has a typo (check the contact's info).

You can click Send Reminder to re-send the notification.

An offer expired before they could respond

If someone didn't respond within the deadline, FillCue automatically moved to the next person on your list. You can:

  • Adjust the response deadline for future outreach (use a longer window if people need more time).
  • Send a reminder before the deadline expires.
