What are requests?
A request is one outreach send. Each time you click Send Outreach (1 request), it uses 1 request from your plan quota. Test outreach does NOT use a request.
Your dashboard shows how many requests you've used and how many remain.
Running out of requests
If you've used all your requests for the period:
- Starter & Individual: You can purchase additional requests at $7.99 each.
- Free: Upgrade to a paid plan to get more requests.
- Coordinator: You have unlimited requests — no overage needed.
Managing your subscription
Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, usage, and payment history. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal where you can update your card, change plans, or cancel.
