Contact everyone at once for urgent, last-minute needs
What is Emergency Mode?
Normal outreach contacts people one at a time in priority order. Emergency mode contacts everyone on your list at once. The first person to accept gets the request.
Use it when you need someone right away — a last-minute cancellation, a sudden schedule change, or a same-day need.
Who can use Emergency Mode?
Emergency mode is available on the Coordinator plan only. If you're on a Free, Starter, or Individual plan, the emergency checkbox will be disabled.

How it works
- Check Emergency Mode on the outreach form.
- Set the Emergency Response Window — how long contacts have to respond (e.g. 60 minutes).
- Optionally set a Premium Rate to incentivize quick acceptance.
- Send the outreach. Everyone gets emailed simultaneously.
- The first person to accept wins. Everyone else is notified the position is filled.
What if nobody responds?
If the emergency window expires without anyone accepting, you have two options:
- Extend the window — give people more time (you get 1 extension).
- Fall back to sequential — switch to normal one-at-a-time mode and continue down the list.
