Customize your email signature, notifications, calendar, and team
Email customization
Go to Settings → Email to customize the outreach emails your contacts receive.
- Personal Message (up to 500 characters) — appears at the top of every outreach email, above the event details.
- Email Signature (up to 100 characters) — replaces the default sign-off at the bottom.
Notification preferences
Go to Settings → Notifications to control which events trigger email alerts:
- Someone accepts your request
- Someone declines your request
- All contacts reached, no one accepted
- Request confirmed (position filled)
- Scheduled outreach launched
- Request quota approaching limit
In-app notifications always appear in the notification bell regardless of these settings.
Calendar feed
Go to Settings → Calendar to get a calendar feed URL. Add this URL to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook to see your event dates automatically.
If you need to revoke access (e.g. if you shared the link accidentally), click Regenerate to create a new URL. The old one will stop working.
Team members
Go to Settings → Members to invite team members to your account. You can have up to 5 members. Each member can be assigned a role:
- Owner — Full access including billing and member management.
- Admin — Can manage outreach and contacts.
- Member — Standard access.
