What happens if RB9 goes down?
FillCue caches your contact list and continues operating in standalone mode. Cascades launched manually during the outage sync back to RB9 when it's restored.
Can we still create cascades manually?
Yes. RB9 integration is additive — manual cascade creation works the same as before.
Can we use FillCue without RB9?
Yes. The Coordinator tier works standalone. RB9 is an optional add-on.
What about OMTI or other case management?
RB9 is the first integration. OMTI is on the roadmap. If you use a different system, contact us about custom integration.
Is the integration secure?
MSSQL connection uses encrypted transport. We never store your raw RB9 credentials. Connection details are stored encrypted at rest.
